Planning & Zoning Seminar for the Northern Kentucky Bar Association

Duncan recently organized and presented a seminar called “Planning & Zoning A-Z” for the Northern Kentucky Bar Association.  The topics covered for the benefit of attendees included The Comprehensive Plan; Adoption of Zoning; Map Amendments/Text Amendments; Variances /Conditional Use Permits; Application Review/Presenting before the Commission; Zoning Appeals; and Zoning Enforcement.
