In response to COVID-19 (novel coronavirus), Ziegler and Schneider, PSC, is modifying its office practices in the best way to continue to provide the timely, high quality representation you need, while protecting the health and safety of our employees, our clients and the community. Our office will be will be temporarily closed to public access until further notice. Ziegler and Schneider, PSC, will remain open, and will continue to work on all legal matters, and will be available for consultation via normal phone and e-mail communication. If you have a matter that requires necessary, in person consultation, such as signing documents, your individual attorney will be able to coordinate that meeting, if required.
During this time, we will continue to work diligently on all court base matters as we can but note that the Kentucky Supreme Court has issued an Order suspending all pending court cases through at least April 10, 2020, subject to the following guidelines:
1. With the exception of emergency and time-sensitive matters, all in-person appearances for civil and criminal dockets are canceled.
2. All civil trials, hearings, and motions are postponed and will be rescheduled.
The courts are using telephonic or video technology for necessary hearings, and we will help you participate in these, if needed.
