Attorney at Law

Robert C. Ziegler is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Rob is primarily engaged as a transactional attorney practicing in the areas of general business representation, estate planning and probate, municipal law and real estate.

As a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate Law Group, Rob provides services such as purchase and sale of a business, formation, planning and succession, as well as general counsel. Rob also provides Government & Municipal services like contracts/procurement.

Rob assists individuals with their Estate Planning needs. He focuses on retirement planning, business succession planning, wills and trusts, living wills and powers of attorney, and probate.

With the Real Estate Law Group, Rob handles land development, leases (landlord/tenant), and provides all closing services related to purchasing and selling both commercial and residential real estate.

Rob currently works with the Kenton County Airport Board and represents the Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors®.

Rob Ziegler is a 1990 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law.

Rob has served as the treasurer of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association (NKBA), and in 2014 served as the President of the NKBA. In addition to his service with the NKBA, Rob was part of the 2002 Leadership Northern Kentucky class, served as a director on the board of BAWAC, served on the Beechwood Board of Education, and is a past president of the Boone County Businessmen’s Association.

Rob is a lifelong native of Northern Kentucky, growing up in Fort Mitchell and currently living in Crescent Springs with his wife, Stacey, and his two children. Rob is an avid baseball fan, both of the major and minor leagues.
