Randy J. Blankenship

Attorney at Law

Randy has over 30 years experience in civil litigation, including personal injury, employment law, consumer protection, business litigation, and family law. He has also handled many educational law cases, representing students with disabilities in IDEA matters and representing teachers and administrators in disciplinary cases.

Randy has published articles on damages in civil actions, the use of child witnesses, and other topics.

Randy graduated from NKU Chase College of Law, earning a JD Degree, magna cum laude, finishing first in his class. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Northern Kentucky University, graduating magna cum laude. He has been recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyer since 2018.

He served 18 years on the Erlanger City Council, and volunteered for Envision Learning Center, an organization which provided educational assistance to lower income children. Randy has been involved in the Northern Kentucky Baptist Association, where he has served as Moderator and on many different committees.

Randy resides in Erlanger, KY with his wife Kathy. Randy and Kathy have two children Amy and Ben. Amy is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and is presently working on her MBA from NKU while working for Fidelity Investments. Ben is a member of the United States Army, 92nd Airborne Division. Randy enjoys reading, ventriloquism, history, and travel.
