Debra S. Pleatman is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, as well as the District of Columbia.
Debbie has worked at Ziegler & Schneider, P.S.C. since 1992. She is a partner with the firm and concentrates her practice in Civil Litigation. She has skillfully handled many matters, including, but not limited to, construction disputes, contract disputes, collection, and landlord-tenant issues.
Debbie also provides services within the Family Law Group. She has worked on dissolution of both long-term marriages and short-term marriages, resolving division of property and debt issues. She has compassionately handled cases involving children, parenting time, grandparent visitation, child support, and many other facets of domestic law.
Debra is trained in collaborative law and a member of The Academy of Northern Kentucky Collaborative Professionals, a non-profit organization that offers an alternative in family law cases. Additionally, Debbie has experience with Estate Planning, specifically living wills, powers of attorney, and probate.

Debra S. Pleatman graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA). After working in retail management, Debbie graduated from the Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law (JD).
Debbie currently serves on the Ethics Committee of the Kentucky Bar Association.
She also serves the Kentucky Bar Association as a member of the Hotline Committee. As a Hotline Committee member, she assists attorneys with ethical questions which may arise in the course of their client representation.
Debbie is a Life Fellow of the Kentucky Bar Foundation, serves on the Board of the Northern Kentucky Volunteer Lawyers, Inc., and is on the volunteer panel for Legal Aid of the Bluegrass.
Debbie Pleatman is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio.
She and her husband, Greg Frank, live in Villa Hills, Kentucky, and between the two of them have raised 3 daughters.
